Remote Access and Support
In order to help you quickly, we may sometimes need to remotely access your computer to see what is going on with your engraver or printer.
To achieve this we work with TeamViewer. A widely trusted and recognised online tool which enables connection to any device, any time, in order for us to resolve any challenges you are facing.
It is quick and easy to do. All you need to do is:
- Click on the link to the right, scroll down to the options below and download either the 64-bit or 32-bit Quick Support option.
- Open the downloaded file and once downloaded there should be a pop-up Access Page where it will prompt you to enter a Session Code that we will share with you.
- Our Rayners engineer will then be able to explore how to resolve any challenges you are experiencing.
